The country&#8217;s new maritime educational institution Simac has received modern and durable design floors from Areo Undergulve.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to building a 95-98 mm robust sub-floor with step sound dampening, we have laid out 6,555 m2 of design floors in a greyish shade. The beautiful design floor &#8211; also known as New York&#8217;s floor &#8211; is made of a gypsum-based thin plaster. This possibly minimizes shrinkage grooves significantly compared to cement-based thin plaster. These floors are characterized by their gypsum-based thin plaster, which is finished with a transparent topcoat to ensure durability and protection.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Design floors open up a wide spectrum of unique design possibilities, but it is important to have certain prerequisites in place to achieve an optimal result. Before deciding on a design floor, it is important to carefully consider the specific requirements that the room places on the floor.
