Areo Concrete grinding with transparent topcoat is an original and artistic coating. It emphasizes the structure of the concrete substrate while protecting it. This is because transparent topcoat seals the surface and makes it waterproof. In addition, it makes the original structure of the concrete visible. Areo Concrete grinding with a transparent topcoat has an extremely decorative and rustic appearance. The flooring is hard-wearing and suitable for showrooms, exhibitions, hotels, restaurants and environments where design and creativity play an important role.
Areo Concrete Grinding is supplied with a transparent water-based seal with Areo EPW Clear and with a transparent epoxy or polyurethane (pu) topcoat. The system is supplied in 0.2-0.5 mm.
Areo Concrete Grinding with transparent top closure is durable and diffusion-proof while meeting high hygiene requirements. The coating has an attractive and artistic appearance and a long lifespan.
Colors and shades
Corresponds to the color of the concrete substrate being sanded down.
Supplied with transparent topcoat with glossy or satin matt finish (only in PU).
Please note that before laying Areo coatings, the developer must ensure that the temperature of the substrate is the same in all rooms and does not exceed 20 degrees (ideally 15-18°C). Large windows should be covered to prevent direct sunlight - this is especially true during hot summer days. All these factors - together but also individually - can potentially cause color differences in the final result. Special attention should be paid to areas with underfloor heating. The underfloor heating must be switched off min. 48 hours (new construction min. 72 hours) before starting work on a new coating.
