Description:
Can be coated after 1½ -2 days / layer thickness 4-20 mm. Compressive strength C40 / surface tensile strength >1,5 Mpa. Flexural and tensile strength > 8MPa.


Fields of application:
Cem Flyt, is particularly suitable for laying on demanding substrates such as board flooring, low surface strength substrates and air void forming coatings.

Practical info

Machine laying

The mass is pumped out onto the ground in lanes. Each new lane is added to the old ones as quickly as possible. During laying, the surface is lightly smoothed with a notched trowel. The lane length is adapted to the capacity of the mixing pump and the coating thickness. A suitable lane length is approximately 8-12 m.

Hand laying

When spreading, the screed is poured into smaller buckets. It is then poured out in strips parallel to a short wall and worked with a notched trowel. At room temperature, you can work with the mixture for about 15 minutes.

Pre-treatment: The substrate must be clean and free from dust, cement slurry and other impurities. The durability of the substrate shall be >1,0 Mpa. - the substrate is primed first. The temperature of the substrate must not be below +10 gr. For best results, the temperature in the working room should be between +10 gr. & +25 gr.

Application/spreading via pump truck: Max. 20 mm thickness per application, primed between each application, at least 2 hours after the first application. During laying, the surface is lightly smoothed with a jutter. The appropriate lane length is about 8-12 m.

Drying time - on a dry surface: The substrate can be coated after approx. 1½-2 days, assuming a drying climate of approx. +20 gr. and some air flow.
