Areo Flakes Floor
Areo Flakes Floor is an epoxy flooring system with decorative flakes. Visually, there are many possibilities with Areo Flakes Floor, which, with its high durability, is an ideal choice for changing rooms, showers, toilets, retail environments, exhibitions and lunch rooms. At the same time, the system is suitable for hygienically demanding environments such as laboratories and cleanrooms. Design-wise, there are great possibilities with Areo Flakes Floor. By using different colors of shavings, you can create pattern effects and design exactly the pattern and color scheme you want.
Areo Flakes Floor is a two-component solvent-free epoxy ice-sprinkled colored decorative flakes/chips. The system is supplied in 1 mm.
Areo Flakes Floor is a waterproof coating with high chemical resistance. The seamless surface is easy to clean. High abrasion resistance and adjustable anti-slip protection.

Areo Flakes Floor epoxy flooring is fire type approved in accordance with Directive 96/98/EC on marine equipment (MED-D certificate).

Please note that before laying Areo coatings, the developer must ensure that the temperature of the substrate is the same in all rooms and does not exceed 20 degrees (ideally 15-18°C). Large windows should be covered to prevent direct sunlight – this is especially true during hot summer days. All these factors – together but also individually – can potentially cause color differences in the final result. Special attention should be paid to areas with underfloor heating. The underfloor heating must be switched off min. 48 hours (new construction min. 72 hours) before starting work on a new coating.
