For the second time in a row, Areo floor installers can look forward to an extra bonus. At the latest employee meeting, it was established that all fitters will receive an extra DKK 18,000 in their next paycheck.
The background is a targeted effort for a safe working environment. Over the past year, Areo has avoided both work-related injuries with long-term sick leave and orders from the Danish Working Environment Authority. It has also resulted in more profit on cases because we work smarter in our everyday work.
Praise from managers and customers
CEO Hans Jørgen Pedersen was therefore able to share the good news to the delight of the employees.
Sales Director and owner Michael Hougaard also praises the effort:
“You have done really, really well, and we want to honor that with the bonus payment.”
He also emphasizes that the installers receive positive feedback from customers and that they play a key role in the company’s development.
It’s an effort that can be felt in everyday life – and now also on the paycheck.
