Growing interest in injecting concrete cracks

Interest in an alternative and fast solution for crack sealing and concrete bonding is growing rapidly and at Areo we are seeing an increasing number of requests.

Time and often money can be saved by choosing to restore the original properties of the concrete by sealing and bonding, rather than breaking down the entire concrete structure and starting from scratch. Because – when properly sealed with the right products – the original function and strength of the structure can be restored.

Injection of concrete cracks

Areo performs concrete crack sealing by injecting epoxy or polyurethane liquid into the structure. Typical places where we can advantageously perform sealing injection of epoxy/polyurethane are concrete floors and walls in e.g. water tanks, concrete basins, sewage treatment plants, basements and walls – both inside and outside. Tunnels, bridges, wells and balconies can also benefit from this technology.

We are working on several projects. The biggest project, however, is the injection of concrete cracks at DNU – The New University Hospital in Skejby, Aarhus.
