Areo has received the Succesvirksomhed prize again
There used to be five – now there are six gold corkscrew-shaped statuettes at Areo’s headquarters in Gjern.
Areo has been named Success Company of the Year for the sixth year in a row, which is quite an achievement, says Charlotte Røhl, Area Director for Spar Nord in Central Jutland.
“Not so many achieve this. You’ve now got the prize six years in a row – and that shows stability, growth and is a milestone to be proud of.“
Employee Win
On Monday, she and three colleagues visited Gjern and presented us with the award. Sales Director Michael Hougaard received the award with a smile.
“We are really happy about this. I just want to say that it is the team that have earned this, eventhough it is management that has acce[pted the prize today.“
The Fitters will celebrate later
All the hard-working floor installers working on floors across the country will be honored later this month. It will happen on September 26 at the third employee meeting of the year.
Production Manager Søren Vestergaard couldn’t help but add.
“Yeah, that’s pretty damn good… Shall we come the same time next year? We need to know well in advance so we can order a wreath cake from the bakery.” That remark brought laughter, applause and champagne to the table.
Facts: Success Company of the Year
- The award is given to a total of 1,000 Danish companies that are particularly well-run, profitable and financially stable.
- In Silkeborg Municipality, 15 companies receive the award – including Areo A/S.
- This year, the award is presented for the 7th time by BDO and Spar Nord.
- From Spar Nord, Charlotte Røhl and Klaus Märcher participated – from BDO, Jon Mortensen and Torben L. Pedersen participated.
