Areo has many years of experience in seamless coatings. With the investment in their new pump truck, they can now deliver high-quality subfloors to construction projects across Denmark. The pump truck is therefore a concrete example of how they can take care of the entire floor construction from bottom to top.
TIME- AND MATERIAL-SAVING
The new pump truck offers many advantages. Areo’s trained crews can quickly and efficiently lay foam concrete and slurry mortar for subfloors and carry out floor repairs. The crew ensures a high quality delivery while saving the customer time and materials.
THE RIGHT SUBFLOOR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT
Increasing demands are being placed on the functionality, durability and design of the finished floor. The subfloor is the basis for the usability of the finished floor and Areo is ready to guide the customer to get the best tailor-made solution. Areo subfloors consist of cement and gypsum-based products. Areo products also meet the flooring industry’s requirements and specifications for subfloor construction.
AREO OFFERS:
WEARING COURSE – SLURRY MORTAR
The floating mortar subfloor is a self-leveling structure that is levelled with a straightness of +/- 2 mm. Up to 80 tons per day can be spread.
- CEM FLYT – cement-based floating mortar.
The subfloor can be walked on after 2-4 hours. - CEM FLY QU ICK – fast-setting cement-based floating mortar.
Depending on the thickness, the coating can be applied after approximately 1½-2 days. - RONASIL 1030 – gypsum-based shrink-free, strong anhydrite – the material of the future.
The subfloor can be walked on after about 5-10 hours.
FOAM CONCRETE – CEMENT-BASED FILLER WITH ADDED FOAM GENERATOR
A foam concrete subfloor has several positive properties and is therefore in high demand. A foam concrete subfloor meets the increasing demands for acoustic and thermal insulation. The concrete is easy to handle and makes fewer demands on structures. In addition, the weight per m³ is only 600 kg, making foam concrete suitable for lightweight constructions. Areos foam concrete contains water, air and cement. This means there are no loose polystyrene balls flying all over the construction site. The many advantages of foam concrete make it advantageous to use foam concrete as a subfloor in office, hotel and institutional projects as well as the many multi-storey buildings currently being built on the Danish market.
DESIGN FLOORING – UNIQUE DESIGN FLOORING FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION PROJECTS
For DESIGN/New York floors, a self-leveling gypsum-based product intended for indoor premises only is used. Once the design floor is completely dry, it must be finished with a coating product before being put into service.
