Areo Subfloors helps with the effective restoration of floors with floating mortar – also known as thin plaster. We use our own pump truck for the application of liquid mortar/thin plaster, which means we can efficiently mix and pump the correct amount directly to the site – without material waste and unnecessary waiting time.

Floating mortar/thin plaster refers to a type of self-leveling cement-based subfloor. This floor can be used to level out a leaning structure or build up a slope. In addition, this product can be used as an extra layer in the floor construction, contributing to the long-term durability of the finished floor. Choosing a floating mortar/thin plaster from Areo Subfloors also ensures the durability and longevity of the floor.

If specific slope structures are desired, liquid mortar/thin plaster is the ideal choice as the product has a self-leveling property. It allows for many different designs as it can be adapted to any type of flooring. It works well for both classic floor types like wood and tile as well as more modern, durable and seamless versions like epoxy and polyurethane floors.

At Areo Subfloors we offer:

  • AB hose or full floor alignment option
  • Capacity per delivery approx. 20 tons from own pump truck
  • Compressive strength from C25-C40
  • Lay from 6 mm – can be walked on after approx. 2-5 hours depending on thickness
  • Screed for new construction, renovation of homes and office spaces
