There are several factors that come into play when calculating a floor price. In addition to the size of the room, other factors include the type of subfloor, evenness, moisture penetration, wishes and requirements for use, type of floor covering, etc. It always requires a discussion with one of our advisors and possibly an inspection of the site to assess the task in the best possible way.
Over time, considering the long lifespan, durability, cleaning and maintenance costs, seamless floors are cheaper and eventually more profitable than traditional paving.
