Jointless floors have a high resistance to wear and tear. There are systems that are extremely durable. Even heavily trafficked surfaces retain their attractive appearance. It often takes up to ten years before the floor covering needs to be “refreshed”.
Refreshing is easily done by sanding the top layer and applying a new coat of coating. The floor is as good as new again. Over time, considering the long lifespan, durability, cleaning and maintenance costs, seamless flooring is often cheaper and more profitable than traditional paving.
