The project involves the construction of a residential facility with 36 dwellings. The building is constructed as a four-storey building with a courtyard in the middle. The building also contains offices for staff, training rooms, various storage rooms and a meeting room, as well as a café and activity room.
The building is approximately 3,400 m2 and has 3 floors. Of these, Areo Undergulve has carried out subfloor construction on 2,300 m2 distributed on the first and second floor.
