The gross floor area of the building is 5,804 m² and contains 20 dwellings on the ground floor, 29 dwellings on the 1. and 2nd floor – as well as common facilities and communal service areas.
Areo A/S carried out the entire floor renovation – from bottom to top. Areo Undergulve has installed and delivered 4,300 m2 of subfloor. Areo Coating then provided a beautiful PU floor on 4,210 m2.
